With 25 years of experience at a majority of the major broadcasters in the UK; Sky, ITV, BBC and Amazon Video with full knowledge of the glass to glass value chain.
15 of those years have been in a senior role at Sky where I’ve been at the forefront of transforming the European origination group through innovative IP, software and cloud solutions.
My passion is driven by harnessing advanced technology and leading talented teams to deliver groundbreaking results. I combine my expertise in tech with first rate leadership skills to ensure we’re always pushing the boundaries and achieving exceptional outcomes.
Technology Strategy
To ensure a solid technology strategy I believe in a co-ordinated approach, ensuring both the operations and engineering teams are fully bought in to ensure a truly fit for purpose solution is achieved. Providing cloud and software defined products is the preferred solution with data and analytics at its core, but not at the expense of loosing sight of what the original business and financial constraints are.
People Strategy
I believe people are at the core of everything a company does. A technical strategy can only be delivered with a good people strategy to back it up. Transparency, clear goals and organisation efficiency are all key to creating an efficient and engaged work force.
